Turn the lights low.
Pour yourself a glass of hot coffee/ wine.
Light scented candles and place them all over your bathroom.
Run your bath just the way you prefer - hot or lukewarm.
Allow some fresh flowers or sprinkle some rose petals to float in your tub.
Create mounds of lush bubbles with little drops of aromatherapy bubble bath.
Massage your tired body with loofah. This also enhances blood circulation, improves general flexibility and the movement of muscles. What's more is that it puts you to deep sleep.
Make sure you stretch while you massage your legs, back, hands, arms, feet etc.
Breathe in and savor the fragrances of the aromatic candles, pure essential oils and flowers.
Now sit back, sip your coffee / wine, pamper yourself .
