How to convert a T-Shirt to a Stylish Shrug in just few minutes

If you have some extra t-shirts that you want to discard, think again ! Or, perhaps its time to grab your boyfriend's or husband's or brother's or dad's t-shirts ;)

This quick article is on how to change a t-shirt to a stylish shrug in just few minutes.

This is the finished shrug !

Process:

Step 1: Cut a straight line down the middle front of the t-shirt (careful not to cut the back) and cut around the edge of neck band.

Step 2: Then turn inside out, fold over raw edges ~1" to form casing, pin in place and sew.

Pull ribbon or cord of your choice through the casing with a safety pin. And you're done!

Here are more ways on how you can style the t-shirts ! You can even try this technique with tops that don't fit you anymore. Chic and trendy, aren't they ? All this at little or no cost :)
